The delivery of the products ordered is subject to availability. Should an item purchased be unavailable, we will inform you and reimburse any payments already received for that item.

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product for an exchange or refund to the original payment method.
* Refund request should be made within 7 days of delivery
* Refund amount excludes a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges (if any)
